Page Personnel are working with a well-established business based in the heart of Manchester. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a 14 month fixed term contract. This will be a real hands on role, working alongside the ManagingPartner. There will be occasional travel involved which will be fully funded by the business. Description
The client is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support their company's Managing Partner.
- Responsibility for the Managing Partner's schedule, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and organisation of events and management of casework
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintains records and processes expenses, invoices and any other requests for payment or reimbursement.
- Day to day management of other administrative and secretarial staff
- Take minutes during meetings and document actions
- Produce/prepare documentation and meeting packs for the Managing Partner and team, including confidential material
- Liaise with external consultants on social media content for the team
Profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar (essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office to include diary management and PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately; diplomacy, professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Previous people management experience would be desirable although not essential.
