Page Personnel are working with a well-established business based in the heart of Manchester. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a 14 month fixed term contract. This will be a real hands on role, working alongside the ManagingPartner. There will be occasional travel involved which will be fully funded by the business. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

Description


The client is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support their company's Managing Partner.


  • Responsibility for the Managing Partner's schedule, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and organisation of events and management of casework
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintains records and processes expenses, invoices and any other requests for payment or reimbursement.
  • Day to day management of other administrative and secretarial staff
  • Take minutes during meetings and document actions
  • Produce/prepare documentation and meeting packs for the Managing Partner and team, including confidential material
  • Liaise with external consultants on social media content for the team

Profile

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar (essential)
  • Excellent working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office to include diary management and PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook (essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately; diplomacy, professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Previous people management experience would be desirable although not essential.
