Our work placement programme provides the ideal opportunity to learn more about Knight Frank and the fast-paced property industry while gaining experience in one of our Residential Lettings offices.

Over the 12-week placement, there will be networking events, extensive exposure to real clients and opportunity to work with industry experts.

During the placement, you will have access to our Early Careers team to discuss future roles and schemes.

For the majority of people, you will be placed in one team for the duration of your placement within our residential division.

Pre-existing knowledge of real-estate isn't essential because we'll equip you with all the tools for success.

To be successful, you will need:

Confidence and enthusiasm, with the passion to excel in residential property
A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments
A strong desire to develop great people skills in your career, as communication and relationship building is at the heart of what we do

There are 27 locations to choose from across the South-East. If successful in this stage, you will be asked to select your preferred office locations.
