    Knight Frank is looking to hire a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator.

    Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.

    Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.

    Team financial support:
    Wip sheet reconciliation, expenses, invoices, referral support

    Compose correspondence:
    audio, typing, letters, memos, design documents, newsletters
    Maintain teams schedules through diary support, internal/external meeting room bookings and conference calls
    Board management meetings, minutes and follow-ups

    Corporate travel arrangements:
    organising team meetings and conferences, strategy away days etc
    Working collaboratively with the Leeds Business Support network to ensure best practice.

    Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suit
