  • Provide administrative support
  • Coordinate and manage office tasks such as document management and meeting arrangements
  • Liaise with internal teams, students, and external stakeholders
  • Support management in planning and organising events
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information to students, staff, and visitors

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Business Support Coordinator should have:

  • An educational background in Business Administration or related fields
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit or Education sector
