Due to a large volume in projects, we have a number of new opportunities for Indirect Procurement Business Partners to come and join us.

We are looking for driven procurement professionals who enjoy working in an energetic environment and are looking for much more than just another procurement job - a growth-mindset and appetite to be exceptional and "do things better" are critical.

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for owning our relationships with major public sector clients - providing direct support with their sourcing requirements.

Established in 2007, we manage, and influence spend in over 150 organisations across the UK public and private sectors. Experts in professional services procurement, we now support sourcing all types of indirect spend.

We operate as a Managed Service Provider bringing clients a full procurement solution.

In the public sector this is via the Neutral Vendor Frameworks we run enabling us to offer truly exceptional service standards.

This role owns key client relationships and will have responsibility for managing upwards of £50m of indirect spend. Through strategic sourcing and transactional procurement activity you will work as an extension of the clients existing procurement function.

Responsibilities
Being the primary point of contact for clients

Developing relationships with senior client stakeholders

Leading and engaging with Constellia colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of support from implementation, procurement operations, finance and legal.

Conducting large strategic sourcing procurement activity across a broad range of indirect supply types

Engaging and negotiating with suppliers

Delivery assurance and performance management

Between 5-10 years in indirect strategic sourcing across the public or private sector

A keen sense of ownership - you feel defined by what you deliver.

Driven starter-finisher "fixer" - who finds opportunities for improving what we do.
Keen to grow skills as the business grows, a growth-mindset.

Experience required
5-10 years in procurement business partnering roles.

Experience of private or public sectors

Indirect spend experience.
