    Menzies Aviation has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join the team for a 12-month fixed term contract.

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Communications Manager to plan and roll out a new employee communications platform.

    You will be part of the communications team, which is responsible for internal and external communications and brand.
    Researching and creating engaging written and multimedia content
    Engaging operational teams to understand and identify their local requirements; Establishing a network of communication champions

    You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.

    In all areas of our business there is a potential risk to the health, safety and welfare to everyone on our sites through the misuse of alcohol and drugs.

    As such the Company prohibits such misuse and carries out regular testing to enforce our Substance Misuse Policy.
    Internal communications experience, in-house or client-side agency, preferably B2B environment
    Excellent English writing and editing skills, additional language knowledge is a bonus
    Content creation - ability to write for a range of internal audiences and voices
    Content management systems, including SharePoint, intranets or employee apps
    Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, basic Adobe InDesign is a plus
    Degree-educated (or equivalent), preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related discipline
