    Lettings Administrator - Nine Elms

    We are currently on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with expertise in the property industry, particularly someone who is ARLA qualified, to join our team as a Lettings Administrator. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a substantial workload in one of our busiest offices and coordinating various administrative tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Managing all incoming inquiries from potential tenants and landlords with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Coordinating viewings and efficiently scheduling appointments with a focus on accuracy.
    • Drafting tenancy agreements, ensuring accurate documentation.
    • Processing applications and conducting reference checks with a keen eye for detail and precision.
    • Managing property listings and advertising on various platforms.
    • Maintaining precise records and completing administrative tasks.

    Personal Attributes and Requirements

    To thrive as a Lettings Administrator, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and delivering exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and prioritisation skills are also a must.
