Wehave exciting opportunities for experienced Tutors in Wembley & Ealing
You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and development of our Traineeship & Study Programmes for 16-24-year-olds.

We are looking for Tutors who are used to working with young learners who are not in employment, education or training (NEET).

You will be able to deliver one or more of the following:

Functional Skills (English OR Maths)

Customer Service L

Business Administration L
Digital Technology L
Dynamic and can develop and maintain positive relationships with young people?
A motivator of others?
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of our learners?

_This could be the role for you_

The Company

This is a well-established provider offering an alternative to mainstream education, with choices in commercially driven courses that help individuals develop industry knowledge.

Working with major employers all over the UK and have been recognised for theirhighly effective programmes and consistent performance across multiple contracts.

The BTEC Tutor role:

This role will involve working with vulnerable learners, often with challenging backgrounds.

You will be expected to ensure that they progress through the programme whilst also supporting personal objectives such as confidence and career progression.

This companyprovide an alternative to mainstream education and therefore look for motivated, dynamic, and inspirational tutors who are keen on making a real difference.

What we're looking for in our Tutors:

A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PTLL's, DTLL's or equivalent
Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
Minimum of 3 years experience delivering up to and including Level 2 functional skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience working with young people aged 1624
