    Job Description



    Grosvenor Casino, Portsmouth

    As a Food & Beverage Host, you will be the welcoming face of our business, delighting and entertaining our customers to ensure they feel valued and well taken care of. Your genuine care for people will shine through as you create an enjoyable and memorable experience for them. You will embody the role of a host by putting in the effort to establish a lively and interactive ambiance that exceeds our guests' expectations.

    You will act as a true ambassador of exceptional hospitality to all customers, adhering to the service standards communicated during induction and any ongoing company initiatives.

    In this role, you will;

    • Ensure every customer has an amazing experience to encourage their return
    • Stay informed about current promotions and products to enhance customers' visits
    • Offer friendly, efficient, and timely food and beverage services, serving only products of which you are proud
    • Contribute towards daily/weekly targets positively
    • Interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding promptly and courteously to their requests
    • Keep stocks replenished to ensure continuous access to products
    • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards during interactions
    • Enhance customer interaction by promoting the Rank Omni Channel/Digital offer


    Qualifications



    • Positive attitude
    • Successful experience in a hospitality role
    • (Preferred) Previous experience in a diverse role
    • Passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences
    • Ability to collaborate effectively
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Adaptability to embrace change and new working methods
    • Availability to work shifts at any time, including weekends and bank holidays
