• Engaging with stakeholders, including local communities and government bodies.
• Preparing and presenting reports on planning proposals.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive project planning.

• minimum of 3 years of practical experience in town planning.
• Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation.
• Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
