    Lancashire | Veterinary Surgeon | Independent Owned Practice

    Are you a Veterinary Surgeon, seeking a balanced work-life experience in a supportive and relaxed environment?

    • A strong Nursing Team - 6 RVNS on site, working day will always involved working alongside a dedicated nurse to assist with all duties.

    • Investment opportunities available - Owners are open to anyone looking to be become a joint partner within this practice.
    • 20 Minute consultation times as a minimum - No time pressure, making sure your clients receive the best care.
    • Clinical freedom - Trusted to make the right decisions, choice of medication

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    As a Veterinary Surgeon you will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure the health and well-being of our animal patients.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting thorough examinations and consultations for various animal species, including dogs, cats, and small mammals
    • Diagnosing and treating medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries
    • Performing surgical procedures with precision and care
    • Prescribing medications and treatment plans for animals in need
    • Interacting compassionately with pet owners, providing guidance and education on animal care and welfare
    • Collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
    • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and incorporating best practices into daily routines
    • Adhering to ethical and professional standards set forth by regulatory bodies
