Job Summary:
You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing projects within the education, mixed-use, and many other sectors.
Lead client-facing activities, including initial client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
ARB Registered ArchitectSignificant experience in client-facing roles within the architecture industry.
Proven track record of successful business development and project management.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
