    What you will be doing

    We are seeking anexperienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of working on large scale ERPdelivery projects to join us on an initial 12-month contract, with thepotential for additional contract extension beyond the initial 12-month periodor a potential transition to a permanent role.

    The ideal candidate willhave worked on Microsoft Dynamics D365 implementations and have experiencemanaging backlogs, tasks, and managing resources and capacity in Azure Dev Ops.They will possess deep knowledge of the Agile delivery methodology and the coreScrum Master role, combined with strong analytical and communication skills.They will be comfortable with operating semi-independently and being able toproactively deliver the necessary deliverables and outcomes, liaising withother team members, vendors, and business SMEs where necessary.

  • Establish, organise and moderate Scrum Rituals for a number of Squads – Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews to provide insights and clarification on business requirements, as well as address any questions or concerns from development teams.
  • Support several Squads in the implementation of backlog items throughout the duration of the programme.
  • Enable the Squads to make realistic Sprint commitments and identify and resolve impediments and blockers
  • Actively drive improvements and innovations relevant for the whole team
  • Work alongside our external SI delivery team to manage workstream interdependencies, priorities, and delivery outcomes
  • Actively manage risks and ensure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the linchpin between technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Work as part of a wider team to align delivery with broader program objectives.
  • Maintain Azure Dev Ops for all squads, keeping it aligned with delivery
  • Produce and analyze metrics at both team and program levels to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Agile training and coaching to ensure team members have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Your skills and experience

  • Significant hands-on Scrum Master experience
  • Scrum Master Qualification ( SAFe) is preferred for this role
  • Agile expertise in Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and /or XP Practices
  • Foster Innovation: Knowledge and experience of techniques used to generate new ideas, create a working environment which promotes innovation and be able to reference from personal experience behaviours and environmental factors which hinder / support innovation
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Good understanding of continuous improvement, demonstrable experience using continuous improvement tools such as self-reflection, development of KPIs and techniques to achieve non-functional requirements, robustness
  • Strong project coordination skills, including planning and organizing tasks.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Boards and Analytics for backlog management and reporting.
