IT Infrastructure Engineer – AWS/Terraform - London / Hybrid

I am currently working with a leading software company based in central London looking for a talented cloud professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to support our growing needs.
• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure server environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement best practices for data security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously optimize our infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
• Strong experience in Terraform is highly desirable
• Strong experience in Linux/Unix server administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
