The Role:

At Clearwater, the Sales Team plays a pivotal role in our success story. We empower to drive business development in your unique style.

With a dedicated central delivery team handling talent acquisition, you can immerse yourself in finding, nurturing and enhancing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

Sales Outreach: Execute targeted sales calls to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and onboard new requirements, driving conversion and growth.

Client Relationship Building: Arrange and participate in meetings to foster strong and lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Market Research: Stay on top of evolving job markets and recruitment trends, harnessing insights to refine sales strategies and maximize effectiveness.

Database Management: Curate and maintain a robust database of warm leads, ensuring a steady stream of potential opportunities.


Key skills and experience:

Sales Expertise:Demonstrated proficiency in telephone and face-to-face sales, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.

Motivated: Possess a relentless passion for success, coupled with a self-driven attitude that you use towards achieving and exceeding objectives & targets.

Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a recruitment role.
