    The role of Pastry Junior Sous Chef:
    Preparing classic European patisserie, using quality fresh ingredients, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, taste, and presentation.

    Being an integral part of the wider kitchen management team, helping to run our busy service, ensuring that all company standards are met and maintained.

    All aspects of kitchen management including ordering of stock, stock control, people management and development, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

    Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.
    Contributing ideas towards seasonal changing menus and weekly specials.

    What we're looking for in a Pastry Junior Sous Chef:

    Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or Pastry Junior Sous Chef within a similar standard establishment
    Excellent knowledge of classical patisserie techniques as well as in-depth product knowledge.
    To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
    Proficient and knowledgeable on all Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
    Has the right to work in the UK.
