JOB PURPOSE

Metrea is the prime contractor to the MoD for MALET-JSIL Aircrew Training (MJAT) Instructional Support. Your role within Metrea will be to support MJAT-based training at XIII Sqn at RAF Waddington as part of an industry team that is part of the Whole Force Approach. We are looking for Lincolnshire-based, ex-RAF, MQ-9A Pilots, Sensor Operators or Mission Intelligence coordinators that have instructed on MQ-9 within the last 5 years to expand the cadre of MQ-9A/White Force specialists within Metrea.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This full-time role is based within the MJAT facility at XIII Sqn at RAF Waddington (37.5 Hours per week). When not at RAF Waddington you will be based at the Metrea Lincoln Office at the Boole Technology Centre, LN6 7DJ with travel as required to support MAFX's broader operations.

Responsibilities:


Enable the delivery of the MJAT instruction as an MQ-9A White Force specialist

Delivery of White Force support in accordance with Reaper Force training documentation

Support the development, creation and management of MJAT scenarios

Maintain knowledge of the RAF Reaper Force TTTPs up to UK SECRET

Comply with all MOD Safety, Health and Environmental Protection regulations and policy

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Essential:
Ex-RAF MQ-9A Reaper Force Pilot, Sensor Operators or Mission Intelligence Co-ordinator that has instructed on MQ-9 within the last 5 years

Developed Vetting Status with commitment to maintain this status

Desirable:
Recent (within 5 Years) operational experience
