Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual protection specialist to join our protection team based in CHEAM and you must be RO5 or CeMAP qualilfied.

You will be responsible for conducting high quality calls to customers and providing regulated advice to them, focusing on appropriate outcomes.

This is an office based role so you need to be within commutable distance of the head office in CHEAM where you will thrive in a forward thinking and fun environment and they believe in working hard and celebrating successRole SummaryYour performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure our customers respond and go on to obtain the insurance product they require.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of advising on protection policies, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Your duties will include:
Conduct appointments with clients in a friendly and engaging manner, communicating clearly with clients and have the ability to explain protection products in a concise wayProviding a written recommendation confirming the best advice to suit the customer's needs following a comprehensive fact findBe able to asses existing policies, to review and replace if required to suit customers changing circumstancesBe able to spot opportunities to review cover in a compliant manner ensuring that client is never knowingly disadvantagedBe able to replace or recommend amendments to existing cover providing documented reports to fully explain changes to coverBe able to provide quotations for personal & family protection and explain recommendations at a level the client understands or requiresWhat you will get in return:Quality abundance of leadsAdmin support to progress your client's cases through to completionFull training on Systems used for protection sourcingEmployed package and uncapped earnings
