    EMEA Dev Ops and Core SAP Platform (SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA)

    The SAP Dev Ops Engineer will be primarily responsible for ongoing operation and supporting (or conducting) minor configuration and change requests.

    Larger or more complex changes / enhancements will be constituted as a project and will be managed in conjunction with the AMS Provider(s).

    Responsible for setting systems administration requirements, communication, and system security administration to minimise risk of security breaches and other vulnerabilities.

    Dev Ops ensures that HR and Finance systems adhere to organisational processes, policies, local regulations, and guidelines (e.g., authentication system integration, some users have full access to SAP Platform solutions, and others will have more restricted access)

    Salesforce; Address technical issues in the in-bound and outbound integration with the SAP Platform

    Actively monitoring for i-doc errors on interfaces and working with the broader platform team to resolve technical integration as well as data related errors.

    Liaise with technical counterparts across Colliers EMEA Business ensuring any changes to interfaces are carefully orchestrated to avoid business impact.

    Ensure that Enterprise Data feeds as well as Colliers Identity Management Platform are factored into Dev Ops support activities within the SAP Platform Team.

    Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (using tools such as Jenkins or Git).

    Identifying cybersecurity risks and working with Colliers Security Team to take measures to continuously reduce vulnerability to our environment.

    Support the Head of EMEA Applications COE to report on and to deliver against agreed SLAs with key stakeholders.

    Engage with key stakeholders in EMEA (Finance and HR Leadership; SAP Dev Ops will participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation; One of the key roles is at bi-annual release opt-in feature enablement.
    Collaborate closely with the EMEA Enterprise Architecture team to align activities with wider business objectives.
    Provide guidance and support to local teams and external partners involved in supporting the platform and key integrations.
    Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.
    Knowledge of the SuccessFactors Core (Employee Central) as well as SAP S/4 HANA.

    Possess strong technical knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform integration as well as wider integration technologies, middleware platforms, and APIs.

    Experience of delivering integrations using SAP Technology, including Integration Suite, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur, etc.
    Ideally having worked with SAP for five to ten years through a combination of implementation and support roles.

    Experience in operating (or helping to establish) an SAP centres of excellence and using SAP Charm with Solution Manager.

    Good programming skills in at least one language (JAVA, C, C++) as well as SQL and XML.
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP and Integration Technologies / best practice.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    SAP SuccessFactors; SAP Integration Suite; Familiarity with Agile Development and Test methods (possible certification).
