    Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an eager and professional Billing Assistant to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The main purpose of the role will be to provide efficient and focused assistance to the firms Finance Team to help meet their financial targets.

    The key duties of the position include:

    • Ensuring timely payment of invoices.
    • Conducting regular reviews of WIP and AR for Partners.
    • Assist at meetings with Lawyers discussing WIP & AR.
    • Maintenance of transfers time & costs.
    • Regular analysis of client matters & information.
    • Keep Lawyers up to date on outstanding matters and invoices.

    The ideal candidate would have finance experience working in a legal/professional services environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and be capable of working in a fast paced office environment. Experience using Elite 3e is essential.
