Residential Care Managers, if you're reading this, then it's likely you're thinking about making a change, and you are assessing your options.

Paying up to £30,000, you will have full responsibility for this small family run home, including operations, budget control, recruitment, to name a few.


You will be either a registered manager or deputy manager looking to progress, with experience in either a nursing or residential care setting.

You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the care sector.

You will have, or be working towards, your Level 5 in leadership and management.
