Help Desk Advisor Permanent Wellingborough / Hybrid £24,(Apply online only) to £26,(Apply online only) Depending on ExperienceMy client is looking for a Help Desk Advisor to support their retail customers with technical queries over the phone.

Their customers are retailers who are calling in with queries regarding their EPOS systems/Card Machines.

As a Help Desk Advisor you will be determining the faults via scripted questions to determine whether or not you are able to fix the Point of Sale device over the phone or whether a replacement needs to be issued.

Help Desk Advisor Role:
Inbound telephone support for retail customersOrdering stock on behalf of clients and arranging deliveriesOn the spot problem solving and diagnostics of both software and hardwareSolving queries between merchants and their banking partnersCommunicating with other departments to ensure customers receive the best service possibleHelp Desk Advisor


HOURS:
As you are supporting retailers you will be required to work across shift patterns (37.5 hours per week)


These are as follows:
Weeks 1 Week 7: 9am to 5pmWeek 8: 3pm 11pm (Working from Home)

Alternate weekends:
you will work x1 weekend day EITHER Saturday or Sunday. You will have two full weekends off per month.
