    Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

    Conduct both internal IATF, quality & process auditsSupport the engineering change process through weekly meetings and be responsible for APQP requirements.

    Support annual testing schedule for all our products using an external laboratory.

    Support NPIControl and manage internal non-conforming parts/supplier rejects, system and non-conforming material areaSupport with new projects throughout the APQP process as plant quality representative.

    Support the other departments with 8D resolution of quality issuesScrap reductionControl and manage the calibration schedule of all internal equipment through internal inspections & external calibration services.

    Support manufacturing, co-ordinate internal product/process improvement. Monitor internal scrap and help conduct scrap improvement activities with the plant team. Manage supplier certificates of conformity documentation, monitoring and recording data submitted.


    Quality Engineer Duties:
    Quality Engineering experienceProven problem-solving abilities using 8D, PPAPs and APQPKnowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949Auditor /Lead Auditor qualification desirableKnowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S and Poke YokeTo have the ability to form strong working relationshipsCustomer /Supplier exposureWhat are you waiting for?
