    Housing Partnerships and Development Administrator
    £We are working with a high end housebuilder who is looking to strengthen their team with a Housing Partnerships and Development Administrator.

    Our client is a leading National House Builder who have a vacancy for a Housing Partnerships and Development Administrator.

    This role sits within the North West region's land & planning department.

    Along with supporting the wider land team, you will manage the delivery of affordable housing for the region as well as facilitating the management of public open space on all development sites.

    Candidates must be exceptionally well organised, have good knowledge of new build housing, as well as an understanding / experience working with affordable housing providers.

    Affordable Housing The North West region delivers approximately 100 affordable units per year. You will oversee the instruction of legal personnel to complete contracts for each plot Liaising with the commercial department you will confirm colour choices for the property and manage the provision of extras (eg.

    You will work closely with the construction team to ensure projected build dates are achieved and manage the handover of units on completion ensuring they are to the expected standard You will liaise with the registered provider / housing associations throughout the build programme, ensuring they are aware of any delays / issues.

    Working with other departments, you must oversee the implementation of the public open space management regime Working with the land team, you will submit information to discharge planning conditions on all new site starts to facilitate commencement on site Provide monthly updates on affordable housing and areas of public open space

    A strong commitment to driving projects forward Full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes Full training and guidance will be given.
