- Creating a process bank of existing processes
- Value stream mapping current processes and identifying ways to improve the,
- Lean Methodology and Lean principles to make CI decisions
- Deliver coaching and training to teams where new processes have been implemented
- Working with and influencing senior stake holders to drive and deliver the CI initiative
- Analyse and create reporting on the effectiveness of the initiatives put in place
- Belt Lean Six Sigma Qualification
- Experience in a CI function ideally from a FMCG background
- Strong communication and presentations skills
- Adept in designing and delivering training programs
- Experience using SAP highly advantageous

Job Description
Vertical Advantage are pleased to be partnering with a well known FMCG brand in West London to help them find a Continuous Improvement Manager. This is one of the first CI roles in the business so a real chance for the right candidate to come in and carve out a CI function.
As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to improve existing processes and use data to identify new process improvement initiatives.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be given the freedom to identify and create projects that benefit the head office.
Salary from £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits
