Interim Compliance Officer -Project Implementation Support - About the role

Consumer Duty Project Implementation (6 month FTC - may go longer)

To assist in the design and implementation of enhanced product governance and customer communication procedures to ensure compliance with the new FCA Consumer Duty.

Interim Compliance Officer -Project Implementation Support - Key duties
Take responsibility for implementation of tasks as set out in Chaucer's Consumer Duty Implementation Plan.

Work with external regulatory consultants and the project steering committee to:
Identify any required improvements to existing PROD processes to ensure full compliance with outcomes 1 and 2 of the Consumer Duty; and

Design new processes as required to achieve compliance with outcomes 3 and 4 of the Consumer Duty.

Liaise with the business and policy owners to implement and embed necessary changes to processes and policies.

Progress monitoring and reporting.

Interim Compliance Officer -Project Implementation Support - Key requirements
Insurance regulatory compliance (preferably Including Lloyd's market).

Regulatory change projects.

Good knowledge of FCA regulations.

Ability to interact effectively with different areas of the business and all levels of management.
