This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Chew, located in Little Canfield. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional event solutions. The role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating event logistics, and overseeing the execution of events. The Account Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years experience working in events within an agency or corporate company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proven experience in account management or client services
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of event planning and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
