- Arranging Ocean Freight shipments from worldwide origins and to worldwide destinations.
- Arranging collections and deliveries with Hauliers and Transport Team.
- Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
- Providing excellent customer service skills to customers.
- Handling order traces, checking BOLs, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices/ agents.
- Completing export customs entries.
- Experience at communicating with Shipping Lines and Transport Companies.
- Experience with CNS or Destin 8.
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, hrs
- Salary: 28k - 35k dependent on experience
