Starting from £25,000.00 per annum, plus benefits and bonus package
- (This will be depending on both Financial Services experience and qualification status)_

Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent
- Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Financial Services (hold or willing to study towards)
- 5+ Years' experience within Financial Service
- Previous experience working with Intelligent Office (IO) would be ideal

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
- Investing and withdrawing client monies
- Production of protection suitability letters
- Provide professional support to clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
- Update and maintain client records
- Ensure all administration is dealt with in an accurate, professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements
- Maintain own technical competence
- Maintain and record own workflow record for performance review
- Support colleagues from all areas of the business
