Job description
Earthmill is a specialist in the operation, maintenance, and management of small and medium scale wind turbines.

We operate on a national basis through a network of engineering depots and from our head office which is based in Harrogate.

Earthmill is part of the Arena Capital Group which manages a fleet of over 1,000 wind turbines and multi-megawatt solar assets.


The role involves assisting a variety of stakeholders from within and outside of the organisation, where accuracy and time management will be essential.

You will report to the management accountant and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team where able.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing Purchase orders for job related work in a timely manner
  • Responsible for processing all purchase orders to sage, these require checking for approvals to company guidelines and gaining approval where needed.
  • Checking and processing goods received items for job related work.
  • Accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and dealing with any queries.
  • Aged Creditors balances review at month end with line manager.
  • Reconciliation of Subcontractors analysis, along with WIP & Customer deposits.
  • Discuss with line manager any possible missed recharges before processing, then invoice out to customer/client.
  • Preparation of the mid month and end of month payment run for review
  • Review and submit credit card transactions for review, and post to ledger
  • Will have some functions with sales ledger to cover annual leave, must be diverse.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
