    About the role:

    We have an opportunity to join a small but dynamic marketing team at Six Degrees Limited in London. We are seeking a Head of Marketing who will be instrumental in re-shaping our go-to-market, leading our company's marketing efforts, and driving sales growth through marketing initiatives, innovative campaigns, and effective execution. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with Six Degrees business and sales objectives and showcases our expertise as a leading managed services provider and Microsoft partner.

    The role will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of engaging and effective lead and demand marketing strategies and tactical plans across the Six Degrees portfolio. Aligning with product and senior leadership team to develop propositions which seek to add value to the Six Degrees proposition and build out associated GTM activities aligned to product roadmaps. They will ensure delivery of a Lead Generation engine to support Sales growth delivering an effective ROI in line with targets, whilst building an ABM/ABS strategy for our mid-tier customer base accounts to support sales with cross-sell.

    In addition, they will own and develop the 6 Degrees brand to ensure we are position appropriately in the market, reporting to the Executive Leadership Team on updates to the marketing strategy including budget actual and forecast. Owning the development on the on the Digital/SEO marketing strategy to ensure Six Degrees is represented in the most appropriate ways throughout the market and for the engagement and development of PR strategy and build relationships with market analysts for mutual benefit. Leading all internal communications relating to marketing activity and proposition development, including to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team members.

    The role will manage, mentor and coach a small team of marketing professionals to deliver a best-in-class marketing for Six Degrees including database management, list management, and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams. Regularly reviewing response rates/KPIs, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are practical and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate and driving continued automation and data insights across the different marketing activities; measure field and overall effectiveness

    Who we're looking for:

    We feel great candidates for this role will have extensive experience of leading a Marketing function within a Microsoft-centric business, preferably within a managed service provider. They will have worked within the Microsoft ecosystem and Microsoft's approach to partner management, marketing- and sales- incentive programs and have experience in being part of a rapidly evolving growing business. Ideally, experienced with working in a Private Equity organisation. In addition, they will be a strong influencer, communicator and leader who can get things done with a data-driven background with a strong interest and knowledge of brand and ROI-focused. Experienced in assessing market trends and competitor activities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions, they will have the ability to think strategically and, at the same time, have the adaptability to 'get your hands dirty' when needed.
