R2R ERP Project Manager - London Area, United Kingdom - JSS Transform

My client is currently undergoing a Finance Transformation initiative, which encompasses a significant ERP deployment for Finance. We are seeking Project Managers to facilitate the efficient management of individual workstreams within this comprehensive program. Specifically looking for domain experience of R2R.

12 Month Contract role Outside IR35 - West London 2-3 days onsite

Responsibilities within an Individual Workstream:

• Engage with stakeholders to grasp project requirements and delineate project scope.
• Develop and implement project plans, encompassing timelines and budget allocations.
• Oversee project resources, including internal personnel and external contractors.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and the timely completion of deliverables within budget constraints and to high-quality standards.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings to encourage productive collaboration within the team.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Contribute to solution design and other workstream activities as necessary.
• Support process-specific (e.g., data cleansing, process conformance initiatives).
• Collaborate with QA partners, offering insights and inputs to bolster their efforts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in ERP or comparable systems implementation projects.
• Demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Proficient project management capabilities, encompassing the ability to formulate and execute project plans, manage resources effectively, and mitigate project risks.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Aptitude for fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
