    Macgregor Black are partnering with a high growth Nursery brand, on the search for a Marketing Manager, based in South Yorkshire.

    As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the UK marketing strategy with support from the European Marketing team. This role will work cross-functionally with sales to support from a trade marketing perspective as well as having a strong element of creativity for all things digital. This is an incredibly exciting role to be on a journey with lots of new product launches and international growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a UK social media strategy to drive growth and engagement across all channels, focusing heavily on organic influencer strategies.
    • Measure effectiveness of activities implemented, ensuring ROI is always maintained.
    • Strong analytics in reporting on all channels and social campaigns.
    • Manage all PR activities (write press releases and create/follow up on all PR leads...
    • Create and drive yearly marketing plan for the business.
    • Partner with UK Sales team to ensure retailers have best in class POS Displays, in line with brand guidelines.
    • Support the execution of UK baby shows from a marketing perspective.
    • Responsibility for the creation and distribution of all outgoing marketing communication.
    • Provide on-going analysis of consumer behaviours to align communication to market needs.
    • Drive brand and product awareness to both end consumer and trade customers.

    What are we looking for?

    • 3+ years marketing experience within a branded consumer business, preferably within Baby or Fashion industries
    • Strong knowledge of social media activities, ideally with a network with micro influencers
    • Experience working in an omnichannel business.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Confident decision-making skills with an ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Ability to develop a good understanding of the brand and customer.
