    We are currently seeking a talented Office Manager to join our clients team in the heart of London. As the Office Manager at a leading events company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the team in delivering exceptional events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and supplies procurement.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of events, including venue bookings, logistics, and onsite support.
    • HR Support: Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and organising company events.
    • Finance Support: Assist with finance-related tasks such as invoicing and expense management.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
    • Experience in the events industry is a plus.
