B Mundell Ltd a family operated company are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with great attention to detail to join our team, to provide support to our finance & operation departments.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance team with variety of tasks including weekly payroll processing, purchase ledger tasks & company projects.
The responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices to supplier accounts.
- Reconciling supplier statements & accounts.
- Preparing weekly/ monthly supplier payment runs.
- Posting bank, credit card & expense payments.
- Managing the weekly payroll process from start to finish ensuring payroll is processed accurately.
- Calculating & processing monthly prepayments, accruals & depreciation.
- Supporting with reasonable requests from Management.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
