B Mundell Ltd a family operated company are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with great attention to detail to join our team, to provide support to our finance & operation departments.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance team with variety of tasks including weekly payroll processing, purchase ledger tasks & company projects.

The responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices to supplier accounts.
Reconciling supplier statements & accounts.
Preparing weekly/ monthly supplier payment runs.
Posting bank, credit card & expense payments.
Managing the weekly payroll process from start to finish ensuring payroll is processed accurately.
Calculating & processing monthly prepayments, accruals & depreciation.
Supporting with reasonable requests from Management.
