    Document Controller

    Up to £25,000

    Location: Belvedere, London. (Fully On-Site)

    CPS are working with a global organization to source document controller's in London working fully on site to grow an established team. Must already hold or be eligible for SC clearance. Candidates must have previously worked for a large organization, have a clear background of at least 3 years experience in administration and sensitive file review. Lived and worked in the United Kingdom for at least 5 years with no gaps and not hold a criminal record.

    Position Overview:

    You will be a key part a document control team reviewing our client's sensitive information including classified files. Your primary responsibility will involve meticulously scrutiny of confidential documentation, compiling comprehensive reports on your findings, and upholding the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inputting client data onto our secure databases.
    • Conducting sensitivity checks on documentation to identify and handle confidential and top-secret information appropriately.
    • Managing various client requests promptly and professionally.
    • Fulfilling ad-hoc administrative and site support duties as needed.
    • Engaging in manual handling tasks to retrieve data efficiently.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills:

    • Must have previous experience in document control
    • Prior experience in administration or data entry.
    • Proficiency in reviewing confidential documents and identifying sensitive material.
    • Experience working with confidential information is highly advantageous.
    • Demonstrated accuracy and ability to process large volumes of data within specified timelines.
    • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Willingness and ability to learn specialized software tailored to our requirements.
    • UK Government SC clearance is mandatory (or be eligible for clearance)
