- Arrange and prepare meetings.
- Tracking expenditure for work package managers.
- Monitoring action closure
- Record lessons learned.
- Update JIRA tickets.
- Provide support to project technical status reviews
- Provide support resource updates
- Undertake ad hoc procurement requests and other system procedures.
- A variety of other general administrative tasks
- Collate hours, projects and booking codes.
- HNC in an engineering based subject (Software, Electronics, Mechanical etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Skilled in the use of Excel creating reports and manipulating data.
- Familiar with working in a budget and schedule constrained environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Teamcentre would be beneficial.

About the role
As a Technical Administrator you will provide support across multiple projects. This role will be part of a team of Technical Administrators who work with Engineering teams and Engineering Managers to complete a variety of tasks to help projects and programmes to deliver efficiently and effectively.
