They require someone who has experience working within a global matrix structure, sourcing ingredients on a global level, ideally from a large FMCG or food businessJob DescriptionLead and own your global category strategy (ingredients)Build relationships with internal stakeholders such as NPD, finance and local buyers.

Be the 'go to' person for your food category.
Develop excellent relationships with suppliers.
Influence stakeholders to help align to your global strategy.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Global Buyer should have:
Proven experience in a senior procurement role within FMCG or food purchasingStrong strategic sourcing and vendor management skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or CIPSWhat's on OfferAn attractive salary package of 75, ,000 per annum.15% bonus8,000 car allowance6% pension.
