    PROJECT DETIALS:


    Having recently secured a significant role in a large nuclear/defence framework projected to span the next seven years our client is looking to capitalise on this and expand their workforce.


    Partnering with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Navy Command, and various MOD departments, the project aims to support the Clyde Infrastructure Programme.

    This initiative entails the refurbishment and upgrade of critical infrastructure at HMNB Clyde.


    POSITION OVERVIEW:
    Our client is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join their team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and leading multiple projects, ensuring adherence to regulations, budget, and schedule.


    Occasionally acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams, you will provide efficient, high-quality structural engineering design and mentorship to junior team members.


    STRUCTURAL ENGINEER PROFILE:
    Hold an Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Civil or Structural Engineering).
    Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to facilitate client interactions.
    Proficiency in structural design.
    Familiarity with common structural materials, design standards, and industry practices.
    Skilled in leading small, focused project teams and providing mentorship.
    Proactive decision-maker with a curious mindset and a collaborative approach.
    Flexible attitude towards work assignments and level of responsibility.

    ON OFFER
    £40,000- £45,000.
