    Band 3 - Support Secretary, Trauma and Orthopaedics

    An opportunity has arisen for a Support Secretory role in the Trauma and Orthopaedic department at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The post is a 25 Hour per week, the salary is pro rata, with flexible working opportunities, which can be discussed at interview.

    We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly organised, flexible and driven individual to join our team as a part time Band 3 Support Secretary for the Trauma & Orthopaedic admin team.

    This role involves working as part of a team in an office environment, with opportunities for remote working once established. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly, supporting the team. They will be required to prioritise their own workload to ensure that the management of specific secretarial tasks are being accomplished in line with clinical urgency and the Trust's Patient Access Policy standards. We are a hard working friendly and flexible team, meeting ever changing demands and require someone of a similar nature.

  • Typewriting / Audio typing / word processing of at least RSA Level II or equivalent experience of Audio typing.
  • GCSE English Grade C or equivalent grade/experience.

  • AMSPAR Diploma or C&G Medical Admin L2 and above or working towards
  • AMSPAR medical terminology qualification L2 and above or working towards
  • GCSE Maths Grade C or equivalent.
