    It will be focused on initiatives that underpin and are essential aspects of service change and improvement, including workforce, estates, digital transformation and community engagement.

    It will be an opportunity to work with teams and individuals at all levels in the local system and south east London.

    The successful candidate will also be able to work autonomously and have strong planning, organisational, analytical and communication skills.

    The post holder will contribute to development of Lewisham Health & Care Partners as a local care partnership as part of the South East London Integrated Care System.

    This will be achieved by supporting system development across the health and care system in Lewisham with a particular focus on enabler areas including workforce, estates and digital transformation initiatives.

    The post holder may also work with colleagues across the system on those elements that should be implemented once across the ICS and those that need local borough- based implementation.

    The post holder will also be responsible for line management of the business support team (2 staff), noting that this may be a temporary arrangement.

    Develop and implement initiatives for integrated system working in enabler areas including workforce, estates and digital transformation:

    Development and implementation of joint initiatives for the LHCP
    Develop and coordinate joint development
    Organisational Integrated team development to breakdown silo
    Development of joint posts

    Support initiatives for the development of the Lewisham People's Partnership and co-production approaches and contribution of the VCSE sector in the LHCP.

    Working with ICB team and partners, support systems working approaches in infrastructure development such as estates, IT/digital transformation and local sustainability plans for the LHCP.

    Line manage the business support team (2 staff members) and explore options to integrate this function with local LCP partners.

    Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
    Evidence of continued professional development
    Demonstrated experience of co- ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
    Experience of implementing initiatives in enabler areas such as estates, digital/IT or workforce
    Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2
