THE BUSINESS


We are delighted to be working with a local business that has continued to grow at a rapid pace, now recognised as one of the leading names within waste management throughout its sector.

Working closely with a network of suppliers around the UK, they bringone-off and pay-as-you-go waste management solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries.

With extensive experience and knowledge of the UK's waste industry, they understand the importance of providing low cost services with reliability and customer service.

The business is essentially streamlined through digital presence, a key factor in theirsuccess and ease of use for the client base.


THE ROLE

  • Supporting the company's growth and profitability goals by developing new and existing clients, demonstrating excellent business development skills
  • Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
  • Contacting businesses to discuss their waste management needs, offering solutions and products tailored to their sectors needs
  • Ongoing account management of key accounts, reviewing existing contracts to discuss additional requirements
  • Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
  • Researching and identifying potential new clients, building a portfolio of leads and contacts
  • Working closely with internal marketing teams bringing an organised, analytical and confident approach to growing the business across the UK

THE PERSON

  • Ambitious selfstart, strong personality, resilient, tenacious, and strong work ethic
  • This is a heavily focused digital/business development role so being experienced within systems usage and communicating is a must
  • Selfmotivated and able to deliver at pace you will be service and outputs driven with a fine eye for commercial detail
  • Prior ecommerce experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at a time
