    Evolve are recruiting for a passionate Commercial Training and Development Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company focused on research, particularly in Neurology.

    In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of commercial training for their Neurology products in the EMEA region and spearhead sales force effectiveness initiatives.

    Additionally, you will spend 50% of your time in the UK at their head office in Hertfordshire.

    • Previous experience in pharmaceutical healthcare training.
    • First line sales management experience or marketing skills preferred.
    • Candidates currently holding positions as Brand Managers/Junior Brand Managers seeking to transition into a training-focused role will also be considered.
    Role Responsibilities for the Commercial Training and Development Manager role.


    • To identify training/development needs of the sales force, managers, and other commercial team members such as EDMs and design and deliver effective learning and development solutions and, where necessary, manage the outsourcing of the design and delivery of such learning solutions, for example, coaching, remote selling skills, and negotiation skills.
    • To design professional skills training solutions at an EMEA level and support country implementation.
