Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS events and networking company that is looking for a sales leader to drive the growth of their sales team.

They are on a mission to support SaaS startups around the world in achieving their revenue goals by bringing togetherfounders, executives and investors.

They have helped more b2b SaaS companies expand through global markets, build pipelines, build their brands, and distribute content than any other SaaS focused events and media company worldwide.

By 2025 their goal is to reach €10m in revenue across our events lead generation, and memberships business.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales function.

Including building the SDR and Sales Executive team, as well as working alongside senior management to define strategies and drive growth.

You will report directly to the ManagingDirector, and will be tasked with accelerating pipeline growth, leading, building and coaching a team, and owning sales revenue.


In this role you will:


  • Push the team to exceed targets
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline
  • Have a hand in improving internal systems and processes
  • Work alongside the leadership team to generate growth across all business units
  • Liaise with Marketing to cultivate leads and build campaigns within strategic areas of focus
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports

So if you have:


  • Direct experience in B2B event / exhibition / conference / media / agency sales
  • History of exceeding targets
  • Experience managing multiple lines of business a big plus
  • Competency in CRM (Hubspot), and more
  • Enthusiastic ability to learn new processes and tech platforms - we love SaaS products
