What you'll be doing:
- Provide an emergency response and treatment service.
- Ensure records are accurate and kept up to date
- Handle any walk ins to the clinic
- Carry out preemployments, health surveillance and drug & alcohol testing
- Perform health promotion activities
- Conduct risk assessments and other general OH tasks
- Driving an ambulance around the client site (you will be required to hold a valid manual license)
What you'll have:
- Registered general nurse, or qualification in adult nursing
- Preferably a prescribing qualification
- A&E experience
- Experience of working in an acute, community hospital setting or primary care as an ENP
- Experience and excellent knowledge base I assessment, diagnosis and management of minor illness or injuries
- Fracture Management
- You will be fully aware of the clinical Governance agenda
- Immediate or advanced Life Support (RCUK)
- Ideally a Minor Injuries and Minor Illness course
- Fully aware of principles of infection
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
