    Marketing Director - HealthTech - London - up to £75,000 + package

    Sanderson King are currently partnering with a dynamic HealthTech business in London to identify and recruit their inaugural Marketing Director. This pivotal role will work closely with the founder to execute strategic plans for continued growth. As the Marketing Director, you will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities, with a particular emphasis on SEO and digital marketing to enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
    • Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimise marketing strategies and maximise ROI.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the HealthTech or related industry.
    • Extensive experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and PPC.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
