- Manage and supervise all retail store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to minimize out-of-stock situations and overstocking.
