    Head of Marketing - Events Agency

    We're on the lookout for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the charge at a cutting-edge global events agency based in London. They're masters of the experiential realm, crafting everything from lavish spectacles with hefty budgets to intimate gatherings...

    The Head of Marketing will spearhead their diverse marketing initiatives, covering social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in devising strategic plans to establish and strengthen our brand presence. You will oversee resource allocation across various projects and set both short-term and long-term goals for the department. We are looking for a skilled marketing strategist who can motivate team members and drive success, ultimately guiding our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of the marketing department.
    • Develop and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
    • Create branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
    • Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels and marketing activities (including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
    • Analyze consumer behavior and establish customer personas.
    • Identify opportunities to enter new market segments and expand market share.
    • Monitor the competitive landscape (including acquisitions, pricing changes, and introduction of new products/features).
    • Coordinate marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
    • Support and provide growth opportunities to the marketing team, fostering knowledge enhancement and sharing best practices.
    • Provide guidance and direction on work priorities, budgets, and resource allocation as needed.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership, embodying the company's values and leadership behavior framework.
    • Offer advice on corporate brand development.
    • Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth.
    • Analyze key marketing performance metrics and utilize tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, thus formulating actionable insights for the marketing team.
    • Develop unique insights to understand the customer from a marketing perspective.
    • Utilise marketing insights to contribute to the overall business strategy.
