Japanese speaking Procurement Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

• Proceed order using SAP and comply with authority's document preservation rule.
• Build up the system for managing the appropriate raw material safety stock level for each products leasing with toll blender and raw materialsupplier based on the latest customer forecast.
• Plan the mostcost effectivepurchasing plan with supplier including Japanese HQ while ensuring safety stock in blender.
• Develop positive relationships with blenders and raw material suppliers conclude the contracts/agreement with them

Japanese speaking Procurement Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills in Japanese and English
• Previous experience in using SAP system
• Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Expert understanding of incoterms and import / export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods / shipments clearance
