Production Assembly Fitter

In the capacity of the Production Assembly Fitter, your key task is the precision construction of high-pressure compressor sub-assemblies, blocks, and custom-engineered products.

Uphold high quality standards whilst meeting customer demands and adhering to strict specifications.
Build a wide variety of sub-assemblies for compressors and aftermarket use

• Accurately read and interpret general arrangement drawings, manuals and written instructions in order to produce a quality product.
• To ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to and requirements are maintained.
• Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
The role is based at our Redditch manufacturing site.
Knowledge of fitting techniques, such as roller bearing fitting, piston/cylinder assembly etc.
